Terms and Conditions
- 1st October nominations will be payable 30 days from invoice date unless a certificate signed by a qualified Veterinary Surgeon and stating that the mare is barren is forwarded to Sweet Wall.
- No foal, free return nominations will be payable 30 days from the invoice date. Should the mare prove to be barren she may return for free service in 2008 (keep and Veterinary expenses still payable)
- Keep and expenses will be invoiced at end of month after mare’s departure and will be payable 30 days from invoice date.
- Veterinary expenses will be invoiced directly to the owner by the practice concerned
- Owners sending two or more mares to Sweet Wall stallions are entitled to a 10% reduction in stud fees for each mare. 4th mare in same ownership covered free. Fees must be paid by 1st December 2007 or full amount will be due.
- TB Mares who visit Posidonas in 2007, who pay a full stud fee and have a filly foal in 2008 can return for half the advertised fee. Fees must be paid by 1st December 2007.
- Walk-in status available to approved mares only.
- Sweet Wall accepts no responsibility for accident or disease.
- Owners may choose not to have their mares scanned early (16 –18days) however mares will be scanned once before departure to certify pregnancy and to check against the presence of twins.
- Covering certificates will not be released until all accounts are paid in full.
- It is the responsibility of the owner to deliver the correct mare to stud and to ensure that a contract is signed for the stallion of choice and to ensure that the mare is accompanied by her passport.
- Sweet Wall conforms with the ITBA Code of Conduct 2007. All mares visiting the stud must have documented evidence of EVA, CEM and EIA tests before arrival.
CONCESSIONS ONLY APPLY TO STUD FEES THAT ARE PAID BY 1ST DEC IN THE YEAR DUE.
- A National Hunt and non-Thoroughbred Sport Horse stud standing Posidonas and Medaille Militaire.
- Thoroughbred and non-Thoroughbred youngstock always for sale.
- Mares visiting Sweet Wall stallions taken for foaling.
- Thoroughbreds prepared for Tattersalls, Goffs or Doncaster sales.
- NVQ and Vet Students accepted for training and work experience.
